Q. How much does membership renewal cost?
A. For 2022/2023, standard annual membership renewal costs £35. This includes £20 club membership fee and £15 England Athletics registration fee.  We are absorbing the raise in EA fees this year and not passing the increase on to members.

Q. When is my membership renewal due?
A. Our membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March, in line with England Athletics. You must renew before 1st April to enjoy continuous membership.

Q. Do I have to wait until my membership has expired?
A. No. Membership subscription should be renewed between 1 January and 31 March and will take effect on 1 April until 31 March of the next year – please do not  wait for your membership to expire before renewing.

Q. Do I need to fill in any forms?
A. No. Existing members who are renewing do not need to complete any paperwork however if any of your contact or ICE details have changed please do complete this form by clicking here at the time of your renewal.

Q. Can I pay online?
A. Yes, you can pay securely online. Click here to renew. 

Q. Are online payments secure?
A. Our website is fully encrypted. Check the green padlock at the top of the page and be assured your payments are secure.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to pay via paypal?
A. No, you do not need a PayPal account. After clicking the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button, choose the ‘Checkout as a guest’ option, then complete the requested information.

Q. Which payment types are accepted?
A. You can use any of the following card types:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • MasterCard / Eurocard
  • Maestro
  • American Express

You can pay by Apple Pay.

You can make a BACS payment.

Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Q. Can I pay for someone else online?
A. Each member should complete their own details but if you do renew for someone else there are fields you must complete at the checkout.

Q. Do I have to pay online?
A. We are trying to avoid the handling of cash and cheques as much as possible. We do hope that you can pay online.

Q. Do you offer Senior Citizen / Junior discounts?
A. There is a 25% discount on the Club membership fee for members over 65 years old. This discount will be applied automatically when paying online.  Quakers Running Club does not provide coaching or training sessions for under 18s.

Q. I’m a new member – can I join part way through the year?
A. Yes. We apply a quarterly pro-rata discount on the club membership fee.  Please select the month in which you are joining and any discount will be worked out.
