Quakers were out in force last weekend as they took part in this year’s Cleveland Way Relay.
We were the only club to field three teams in the event, which covered the entire 109 mile route from Filey to Helmsley. Once again it provided several memorable moments, notably all three runners on the first leg getting lost, and two people who managed to go up Roseberry Topping not once, but twice.
Well done to everyone who both organised and took part in what is always a fun event for the club.
From the smiles you can tell the picture was taken before Chris, Phil and Leigh started their leg at Clay Bank!
