Last week was a busy one in the Championship with three races in six days.
Alex Kiel came out on top in the Quaker Mile, just ahead of Paul Dalton and Marc Ellis. Julie Whinn was our first lady, taking 39 points.
Julie had another good run at the Autumn Coast Road 5k, where she clocked a new pb and beat the existing F55 club record. Brian Martin took the 50 points ahead of Alex Kiel and Michael Joyeux.
Brian Martin was the first of just three Quakers at the Great Westmorland Trail Race. Alan Prest came second and Sandra Martin grabbed 48 points to hold on to her top lady position in the overall League Table.
The next event is the Serpentine at Sedgefield on Sunday.
